What time will my subscriptions be billed?

Subscription orders will be billed at approximately the hour of the initial order. For example, the initial order was placed on January 15th at 10:35am and the next billing date should be February 15th, the initial billing attempt will be approximately at 10:00am. 

If you would like all of your subscriptions to billed at the same time each day you can configure this in your shop settings by enabling the Contract Billing Time setting and selecting your desired billing time. You can configure this by opening Subscription Herder from the Apps section of your Shopify store. Then, click the tab for "Settings" shown in red below. 

Note that any retries of failed billing attempts are not guaranteed to be during your selected billing time.
